Was locked out of my online account and went in to pay in person was greeted by Julia she was very pleasant and helpful she was able to get my auto pay set up again as well.

I rented a unit and the woman locked it as soon as I left. She called me 3 days later threatening to evict me. I asked to cancel since I had been unable to use it. She declined my refund and is trying to keep my 112$. Worst customer service ever

Nobody is ever there. I called the number and asked for someone else for meet me there. No call back. I wanted to rent a unit, but I guess I give up. It makes zero sense to me.
