“Kat with Penske Rental in Whitehall, MT, was COMPLETELY AMAZING!! Penske in Whitehall closed at 1700, but she gave me her personal cell phone number to call when we arrived from ID, and was there at 2008 herself so that we could pick up the Penske van that was to have been reserved for us by a Penske employee in Spokane, WA. She gave me driving instructions to the next town, gave me wildlife precautions (not only deer but moose as well!), and helped turn a bad situation into a tolerable one by being so sweet and accommodating. Now SHE is the epitome of an employee going above and beyond in her duties and she should be commended for doing just that! I cannot say enough good things about this amazing employee of Penske. “In the beginning, I thought I was dealing with Veradale directly. However, that was not the case it was a 3rd party that I had to speak with & I didn't like that. Only because I have experienced 3rd party communications & most of all the time it does not run smoothly. 3rd parties for me aren't always accurate to my knowledge. I know several reasons why companies use them BUT I don't think it's effective because like myself I have to repeat the process twice. That is not something I like doing. Otherwise, Veradale Storage made my storage experience run smoothly. Especially since I was communicating via phone prior from another State. Although we only had this storage for a small amount of time the lady that was mainly at the office (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) she was really helpful, kind & communicative. I highly recommend this location plus it was nice the storage we had was a drive up ? Thank you Veradale Storage & Stay safe ♥️”

“I'm a freight broker by trade and most of my clients have jobsite pickup and deliveries. Hiring carriers and most importantly carriers with decent drivers that are going to do what the customer request. Being on time for loading and staying in communication is 95% of our business and Fred and his drivers haven't given me one thing to complain about and that is saying a lot coming from a freight broker. I wish there were more carriers like Core Transport because we would all gain and keep more business. Drivers are the face of any brokers business and i'm happy to be able to work with this company. I don't write reviews often but after 7 different loads with this carrier its been the same performance. Thank you for making me look good Core Transport LLC.”

“Literally can't say enough good things about this company, from day 1 Old Dominion Freight has been so courteous and efficient. Every time I can, I get connected right to a rep who speaks clearly, is polite, and gets me the answers I need. They are significantly cheaper than the competitors and go above and beyond their service quoted! You'd be crazy to pick someone else. They got our shipment to its destination 1600+ miles away on the first day available in their delivery window, nothing was broken inside, and all the staff we interacted with in both Washington and Wisconsin were so great!! I'm hoping to not move again for a while, haha, but if I do I'm definitely using these guys again!”
“I went there after checking online for a 17foot cargo van. The man at the counter told me they didn't have any left. I went outside and called the 800 number. There they gave me a reservation for a 17 foot cargo van at the same store ready for pick up in 15 minutes! The guy who told me they didn't have any was shocked when another guy was processing my rental for me.he said there must have been a cancellation. There wasnt.”

“The two young folks we had were absolutely outstanding! We appreciated them coming at the time they did cause we had our new furniture come right after they took the old furniture, perfect timing!???? they were very accommodating especially on the price. We don't have alot of money and what they were able to take the furniture for worked well for us. They really busted their back sides getting the old loveseat out the front door. It wasn't easy but they did it! They were totally wonderful, if we have anything else that needs to be picked up (and we will) we would like them to come back! Ty”
