The car dealership recommended Lloyd's. I really like them. They gave us directions to get there. They were funny and friendly to us. We had no problems getting an appointment. We did a drop off, they ordered the parts and the next day viola it was done. My son had an extended warranty on his car so it was great. I highly recommend Lloyd's. Great bunch!”

“I brought my car in to NW Automotive when the check engine light came on and the car was riding rough. It didn't feel safe enough to drive to a free check store like AutoZone, so I opted to go straight to a mechanic. I had never been in before. The gentleman who helped me, Steve, was very friendly and welcoming. His colleague, Jim, worked on my car. I expected to be waiting several days, having been told they were booked quite a ways up, but to my surprise I got a call the next day with a diagnostic and a fair quote. I asked them to proceed with repairs. That night they called back and said my car was good to go! Car services are so dependent on what's going on with it, so who knows if my car will be repaired so promptly in the future, but I will be taking it back to NW Auto for their friendly service, clear communication, and fair prices.
