“I just want to start with thanking Canopy Credit Union and Corey Hilson. If you are looking into getting a loan of sorts please put this company in the top of your list. To start things out I unfortunately had my car die on me that was still under their loan. I also had a trip to Boise the very next week when the old car died and needed a very reliable vehicle for the trip. I called Canopy and they were very helpful over the phone with details on what I should do as a young adult. I ended going into the Spokane Valley WA branch and that moment will forever help me later in life. When I went in I was not waiting long before Corey asked what he could help with and I explained what happened and he instantly told to to take a seat in his office and that he will help me as much as he can. I was probably in his office for close to 3-4 hours that day. In that time frame he did an excellent job at explaining everything to me and making sure I was on the same pages no matter what. I've always been confused on loans and credit even if someone tried to explain it to me. He helped me learn a lot more about loans, credit cards, and many more categories to better my credit and life. He answered every question I had even if it didn't have to do with my visit that day. Sorry I just want to make sure people know how incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding that he was. After the visit I started my car shopping adventure and he was just a call away for any questions and to see if the vehicle was good or not. A few days passed and no luck in Spokane I decided to look in Idaho for cars and he mentioned that is probably where I'll have better luck. Oh boy was he right. I stopped in at CDA Nissan for the last stop of the day to look around and just see what my options were. I saw this 2020 Nissan Rouge SUV and I just new that this was the car. It was in the mileage range, year but a little on the expensive side. I sent over the information that Corey needed and he called me the next day, since it was late that day. He told me that they can work with it and that he will have everything ready to go if I wanted that car. I left work that day and headed to the branch almost immediately. He was so happy for me that I got exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for helping me through the whole process from the beginning to the end. I will also be going through Canopy to get a better interest rate and loan for my credit card that is super high in interest. The pictures below is the car with one of my favorite activities and the day I got to go home in it. (p.s. I need help naming the car!) Thank you again Canopy and Corey for the help and knowledge. This experience has impacted my life for the better tremendously.”

“Excellent credit union! Great rates, convenient, and wonderful branch employees and management. But, here's what you need to know regarding loans with Numerica. DO NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN ONLINE! If you want a nice, quick and easy experience, you MUST take the extra time to do everything through your local brach. I've had numerous loans, and twice applied online. If you apply online, it goes through remote loan employees who will make the process long, drawn out (weeks), and will make it as inconvenient as humanly possible for you and for any potential private seller. For loans, just remember, LOCAL BRANCH ONLY! If you follow my advice on this, you will love this credit union!”

“I don't usually go to this Banner Bank but when I need to I stop in and always get excellent service whether it be cashing a check depositing money or withdrawing money excellent customer service here!”
“This branch is conveniently located and the tellers are always very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they are woefully understaffed. There's always at least a 10 minute wait in line here. The last time I went in, there was only 1 teller working the floor another one working the drive-thru. They were doing their best, but you could tell they were overwhelmed. Hiring more tellers would bump this review up to a 5 star!”
“Had a 2000$ check , from us bank. 30 mins in line inside usbank , with 3 forms of ids and I left FURIOUS and still with check.. came to my bank and here Anthony had me in and out with the money and in less than 10 mins. Never had a bad experience with wtb either way<3”
