“Amazing service, had my 2005 2500 Cummins serviced at Dodge awhile back horrible service spent 5k and things weren’t fixed lol. Had some terrible noise while driving and so I found this shop and paid a diagnostic fee and they went above and beyond just a normal diagnostic fee, told me a lot of things that were wrong and or needed to be looked at and addressed. I highly recommend this shop over any dealership when it comes to diesel trucks or trucks in general, actually treated me like a customer which is hard to find now days. “Had my Tundra looked at regarding a bad rear axle that needed to be completely replaced. Melinda Was very helpful pricing out every part needed. She didn’t Overcharge on any of the parts. Very professional, and upfront with me which I appreciate very much. I was also impressed and very happy when I asked if it was possible to have my Flowmaster Series 10 muffler and exhaust installed and what the price would be. She ended up having the mechanic install it free of charge! Truck rides great now and the new exhaust sounds amazing. It’s like I have a new truck and I owe it All to Austin Pro Max. My work didn't involve any transmission work, but he knew I needed the work done and was in a tight spot, so he went ahead and did the work immediately for me so I could make it to work the next day, and he didn't realize how much that meant to me, and it meant so much that, I'm posting this comment 5 years later, as I had this company pop up on my profile, to give feedback for some reason. Collectively myself and the people in the office were able to locate the part and after 2 months( to no fault of the shops) my rig is back on the road, working great. “I got tired of the dealers not actually performing an inspection on my truck while adding it to the invoice i.e. Engine lights, sensors and oil leaks clearly visible. I started to wonder if work even being performed. I use my truck for my business and need it reliable. I cost me more to have it out of service than to pay for repairs. I was in and out in less than an hour without an appointment. They found 3 areas/seals where my oil was leaking, reset my engine light and fixed a faulty sensor for no extra charge.
