“I just got an oil change and tire rotation recently and wanted to shoutout Sean and Logan for their excellent customer service. Logan helped me out from the start and was straight forward and professional throughout the process. Sean showed and informed me the previous shop I've been going to wasnt using the correct tool and was stripping one of my filter caps. I've been looking for a place where I can expect honest work so I will be going back thanks to those guys.”

“My recent experience was horrible BUT the associate was Amazing Dave in the Auto Department, Showed patience, kindness, empathy, Great Customer Service and went above and beyond to help me. So I bought a tire online over 1week ago says 3day shipping.. I call 3days in row prior to going up there bc I wanna if a tire will fit my Mini or not, they have the tire Mike puts the tire aside Great!! Well when I get there Mike is gone and He was giving me the tire for $50 instead of $85 This needs to be verified so Dave does that, then we both realize It’s the wrong tire I did the search on the website and this was the size I was given (my mistake) bt checked in house and the tire I ordered looks like it was there bt no name or order number was associated with, and all the mangers left and he wasn’t trained in how to do this & I didn’t have an appointment and he was going to change the tire out (if we had the right 1)I appreciate that man a lot even tho he was unable to help, I sincerely felt like I mattered enough for time and effort it goes a loooooong way in our society!
