“Honestly, this shop is amazing. I have brought multiple trucks here. And the owner is a standup guy. He does great work and is honest and direct. Something that he has been lost in society. I highly recommend this shop to all!As I read through the comments, Mr. Ford has it ever crossed your mind that a surprise may not be a thing when you’re ripping some thing apart trying to diagnose it? Also when a place is as busy as this one because of treating customers like family and going the extra mile time and time again and do you not think schedules fill up or do you assume they should build a skyscraper off the side of the shop hire employees pay more taxes just to accommodate your car? Hardly worth a one star review and reading that was shameful especially when the company nor any of its employees did anything wrong. You are trying to affect the livelihood of an entire group of people and for what? Being a spoiled brat”

“Had my Tundra looked at regarding a bad rear axle that needed to be completely replaced. Melinda Was very helpful pricing out every part needed. She didn’t Overcharge on any of the parts. Very professional, and upfront with me which I appreciate very much. I was also impressed and very happy when I asked if it was possible to have my Flowmaster Series 10 muffler and exhaust installed and what the price would be. She ended up having the mechanic install it free of charge! Truck rides great now and the new exhaust sounds amazing. It’s like I have a new truck and I owe it All to Austin Pro Max. They went above and beyond, and have definitely earned my business in the future.”

“I got tired of the dealers not actually performing an inspection on my truck while adding it to the invoice i.e. Engine lights, sensors and oil leaks clearly visible. I started to wonder if work even being performed. I use my truck for my business and need it reliable. I cost me more to have it out of service than to pay for repairs. I was in and out in less than an hour without an appointment. They found 3 areas/seals where my oil was leaking, reset my engine light and fixed a faulty sensor for no extra charge. They diagnose the issues quickly and give a fair quote to repair.”

“I didn’t actually have the opportunity to use Cooper’s for a repair, however Scott was extremely helpful. My daughter and I drove in with a used vehicle from a car lot to see if we could have them do a pre-purchase check. They did not have time for us until the next day, and that didn’t work for us, but Scott was able to look at the transmission to tell us it was definitely not new, as the car lot had stated. Bullet dodged! He took the time to answer questions we had about a potential vehicle, and steered us in the right direction. Even though I live in Olympia, I will look to Cooper’s for my next repair needs.”

“Awesome place. I got a nail in my tire and it was losing air quickly. It was a run flat, so unlikely to be repaired. Before they charge me for a tire they determined they would be able to fix it. Instead of taking the opportunity to sale me a $400 tire, they patched it for $23.74 in about 10 minutes.”

They had 2 different techs drive it and put it on the lift and went over my truck, even though they couldn’t replicate what I felt, they didn’t charge me for their time/inspection. “Waited just a couple minutes before it was my turn, I drove in and they began working. It was like a nascar team was making a pit stop. I didn't even get out of my car. I enjoyed the staff making the process seamless and fast. It maybe took 15 minutes, maybe a little longer but I have a skid plate to remove and install. The price was standard, but use Groupon to get a discount. A full synthetic is $101 normally but $76 with a Groupon. You do have to pay tax at the location which is about $7. Highly recommend, I will be back.”
