“I had purchased a remote control for my son for his ps5 and also bought a warranty on it. I needed to use the warranty (this is the 2nd time mind you) and they were amazing to work with and easily replaced the remote for me.”

“Ordered delivery via 7now app. The app frequently hangs or freezes, does not provide a smooth customer experience, at times is just plain frustrating. The company was offering $20 off $30 though so I persevered and overcame. I didn't see a spot on the app where I could request condiments and the hotdogs were delivered with none. HOWEVER, the product was warm and fresh as well as the chicken wings and pizza. The order was delivered on time although instead of leaving the order on the front porch as requested he drove down the driveway (I don't know why) subsequently disturbing others in the household that are easily spooked when a stranger drives down the driveway at 10:30 at night . I understand the driver doesn't know this information HOWEVER, I DID request the order be left on the front porch, not a complicated or unreasonable request. I greeted him at the driveway, he was unprepared to greet me. He got out of his car to remove my large order from the backseat of his car. Then as I'm thanking him and walking away he tells me 'wait, I need a photo of the delivery items, so I cooperate and let him take a photo, thank him again then start to walk away. He again asks me to stop , the first picture wouldn't upload. The second picture did work and we parted ways.”
