“We visited Truckcity CB today to get some tips and knowledge from someone who knows more about CB installation then we do before I install the Mobile Ham Radio in our Ford F350 Superduty that already had existing antenna mounts on the roof from the existing owner. Even tho they deal in CB's and not Ham Radio installation, the employee we spoke to was very informative in what I should do when I install our Ham Radio. He took the time to look everything over in our truck and I now know what to look for in an antenna and how to properly clean up the existing NMO mounting hardware in order to properly install the new antenna. I highly recommend Truckcity CB to take care of your CB needs. As far as the review left two months ago by another reviewer. They definately are in fact still open for business during their business hours. Dispite the false review that said otherwise.”

“I frequent 7-Elevens because I enjoy their coffee and snacks, and I buy lottos here. With that said, of all the 7-Elevens I have been to, this one is definitely one of the best, not only because it's one of the brand new 7-Elevens around but they have everything stocked and organized every time I come here (and I have been here several times already : )). The clerks are very friendly and chill (and actually ALL 7-Eleven clerks are super chill in my opinion). The coffee is so good, always hot and fresh, and I love 7-11 seasonal lattes like Peppermint Bark Mocha and Pumpkin Spice latte.This 7-11 has great selection and stock of beer with great deals and they have big cases too so you can actually come here for your game day beer and chips instead of going to larger grocery stores.The gas station stalls are well maintained and the best aspect about this location is very convenient to get in and out from both directions of the street whether you're on Steilacoom Blvd or Bridgeport Way.Last but not least, just a quick shout out to all 7-Eleven employees because its tough job to keep a 24-hour store clean and well stocked and I really appreciate that!!!Pro tip: Download 7-11 app (or you can sign up online) for 7-11 reward points. Every time you come to the store, you can use phone number to get points which will you get free coffee and snacks! : )”

“I went in Sunday when they first opened and naveah was great! She was patient, nice, professional and very knowledgeable. She helped me with an upgrading issue I was having with smart pay and was very patient and spent two hours with me helping me get my new phone. It was a very good experience.”

“Now don’t get me wrong, I was not glad to spend half my day getting a new phone, Apple Watch, cellular plan, the works, and wrestling with my old phone to get the data transferred and wiped. However. Considering this was the case, I feel incredibly blessed that the employees on the floor were so awesome.You know the feeling of general tension and dissatisfaction often pervades the store when you walk in? Or how it can seem like the employees are just gritting their teeth make it through the day? Well, not here! The atmosphere was positive and relaxed. The employees smiled, spoke to one another with kindness, and just in general seemed like they had the will to live and, dare I say it, even help their customers. It was truly refreshing.I want to especially thank Alex (I really hope that is his name) for helping me. He was patient and personable, and his calm demeanor helped diffuse agitation that I brought to our first interaction. He made a painful situation tolerable and is clearly an asset to T-Mobile.”
