“I called them to see if we could get some coin rolls , and the woman I spoke Tanesha (spelling?) was so kind, and helpful. We actually don't bank there and she was so accommodating and gave us enough for our personal stash of coins we've gathering. Very nice building and the women who work there were kind and welcoming when we dropped in”

“I had a problem with the ATM machine capturing a check without the funds being applied to my account. On Saturday I was able to go in person to the branch. I was expecting a fight but instead I was met with care, understanding and empathy from Charity the branch manager. She assisted me in completing the process and made it possible to receive the small amount of money in my account. I'm still waiting to hear that the funds have been applied to my account but because of the experience I'm NOT WAITING IN A PANICKED A PANICKED STATE OF MIND.
