Is what it is, leaves micro scratches, but they all do. Cash or card, one time, or by monthly. I'll be hand washing, but if ya have a light colored car, or work vehicle, I don't see it being all that bad... for what it is.

Haven't washed my SUV in years, shame on me but Brown Bear made her look new great job nice employees!

Nice job and friendly. Got the basic wash and it was a bit better than basic. Upgrades are available to make your machine even more clean.
