“We are about to move which made me think about the pet door that I bought from Jon at the Pet Door Store. As military, our family has moved over a dozen times and had numerous dog doors. The quality, aesthetic, and sturdiness of Jon's product stands above all. But that's not why I thought to write this review. About a year ago, we initially bought an Autoslider and had problems with it. Jon was amazingly helpful and when we eventually realized it wasn't going to do the job, let us return it for full price and we bought a better suited product. I was blown away by how reachable, responsive and genuinely interested in making sure we were happy. I will defiantly be using him in the future for our next pet door.”
