“2023 Incredibly nice people. I just stopped in for dog food and ended up having her nails done as there was another couple who came after me and said they didn't take their dog anywhere else. Mine is sooo hard to handle I decided to stay and watch and the girl was great with her, even said she flinched on the back leg so was more careful and sure enough she had jumped wrong the day before and I forgot to tell her but she was still careful and suggested she might be injured. And this girl is a new groomer and under the tutelage of another woman there who was right next to her so even if she had a problem she had help if needed. I really liked it. And the cashier ladies helped me out to my car with my dog food.”

“We tried Pet Evolution today and loved it! We have previously been to another self-wash nearby but they are a cage-free facility and dogs that are either waiting for grooming or are finished and waiting to be picked up are allowed to roam free in the tub area. This isn't a big deal for my boy but I always try to keep him from going nose to nose with strange dogs for safety's sake. So, I was very happy to see there Pet Evolution's self wash area is a separate room from both the retail and the full service grooming area. They have professional level variable speed high velocity dryers which are very much needed with my samoyeds! The tubs were nice, if a bit too large to be truly comfortable, and the water pressure could be a bit better. I also did feel a bit bad when I was drying my dog and another customer was put into the tub next to us, both because of the spray and because of the hair flying everywhere, but I didn't feel like they were so close that I felt cramped. The room is actually large enough to be fairly echo-y. So, bring ear protection for both yourself and your dog!”

“My poor cavapoo was a wreck from surgery and they were so kind and non judgemental. We did a very tight cut to start over and Ferris came home with so much excitement. Prices are very reasonable and the other dogs I saw looked happy and beautiful.”

“There was a scheduling mix up and we didn’t end up getting the service we scheduled. The owner called us within minutes of leaving and offered not only to fulfill the service we had scheduled, but sent the mobile groomer to our house the same day. The mobile groomer was incredibly communicative and kind, and went above and beyond to make sure our pet was cared for and sooooo clean. We even got a “report card” after the visit with helpful details. I’m very impressed with the customer service and dedication to making sure our pets are happy, clean and healthy.”

They also have a frequent buyer program that earns discounts on the food we buy.Our cats love Steve’s raw cat food and N&D kibble. One visit in October (guessing, it was years ago) they had a pet trick or treat set up outside and vendors handed out samples. It was fun! That cats appreciated it very much when we got home and surprised them with their new options.”

“I love this location and the staff members! Everyone is so friendly and extra helpful, the location is clean and the aquatics department is very knowledgeable. I have visited about 6 times in the past 2 months and have always had a great experience. The best part is that the pets are like a free exhibit to take my daughter to see. She loves watching all the fish and even recently bought her own! Our fish are happy and healthy because of all the guidance we received. “This is the only pet store I will come to within Marysville and Arlington area! The staff is always so friendly and always greets you. I come here for my son's gecko that needs crickets and for my conure bird that needs her bird seed food and treats as well. When I go to other pet stores it takes around 15 minutes just to get crickets or I just get ignored so I will just leave. Here they take care of everything right away. He was extra dirty this trip since he had just spent 4 days playing in the ocean. Highly recommend requesting her for grooms and never have any hesitation when I leave him in her care.
