Hayden was very helpful with information and scheduling to speak with specialists. I called so many banks and couldn't make an appointment until Hayden was so easy to work with.

From the personal bankers to the tellers, they have been wonderful. Everyone has always been extremely helpful, smiling and kind. A great BOA branch!

I opened an Account with Bank of America over 15 years ago and I had overdraft protection. This week I went minus in my account by $50 and they charge me $86 in overdraft fees. Bank Of America is one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. I will close the account with them and open one with a credit union.
