But with many of their smaller banks closing down, and since mine isn't open on Saturdays and doesn't have an outside ATM, I thought I'd go to Chase. My husband was a member, but he's passed away, and I remember that he was very happy with Chase (and it took a lot for him to put his trust into anything). But he did. And he was always right!! So here I am, opened up a new checking account....and Sandra was the biggest help I could have ever asked for. She took me thru every step I needed, and made sure everything was right on. And it is. And it's not far from home, open part time on Saturdays, and has that good old outside ATM which every bank should have!! Thank you Sandra & Chase!!”

“I haven't been a fan of Wells Fargo given all the bad news about them in recent years. However, my mortgage was purchased by them so I had no choice. On my two occasions to stop by the Snohomish branch, I had very good customer service from the tellers and the manager. All very friendly and courteous. Only down side was the 10 minute wait in line. I still prefer online banking, but it is nice knowing if I have to go in person that I will have good customer service from my local branch.”
