“I was in a serious pickle of frustration and the T-Mobile Phone reps that I spoke to multiple times sent me into the store for assistance because they could not help me. I was greeted by Karl and explained my situation and he worked so hard for me and thought outside of the box and reached out to the T-Mobile customer support line and resolved my issue within an hour, he was absolutely spectacular! But I also have to mention that he had a coworker with him today and two T-Mobile leaders came into the store excited to share news with her and pulled her into the back office, but in the meantime, the phone is ringing, and there’s other customers who entered into the store who needed assistance . Karl managed the entire situation with the upmost grace, but he should not have had to do that. As a leader myself, I was very disappointed by the choice of the other three T-Mobile employees who left people wandering around looking for help and with the phone ringing and him trying to assist me , very poor management and teamwork Karl rocks he is a spectacular employee and they are so fortunate to have him my visit was today, Wednesday, June 26 at 2 PM”
“Kayla and Cj are by far the greatest with there customer service and just all the around making it simple to go and deal with phone situations that normally wouldn’t be way to much with them vary understanding and outgoing”

“Had the best experience at this Verizon retailer. These things can be a hassle, but our sales associate, Nolan, took really good care of us. We had a somewhat complex transaction - moving 2 lines off of one account to a new account, moving one line to a different phone, and purchasing a new phone. It took a while, but that was to be expected. Overall, very happy with the friendly, competent service we received from Nolan at this store!”

“My text to my friend who recommended this place: "my god i found that phone repair place. That was the coolest thing ever he fix my phone in 15 minutes and he gave me a deal for only $100. He was super nice and it has a 30 day warranty. And he gave me a free screen protector . I have never had such a smooth process with any company when it comes to electronics. Hopefully my screen doesn't glitch on me or anything but so far, absolutely perfect! And the cheapest i found for a iPhone 11”

“The service was #AMAZING!!! I visited this location a few weeks ago because I was intown to visit my mom and dad, and unfortunately my phone broke. I visited T-mobile, and they were little to no help, and with the help and recommendations from my parents, I decided to go to this store in a last ditch effort to try and get a new phone for a good deal. Not only did I get a spectacular deal, but they were so patient and and willing to make sure I got the absolute best bang for my buck. The workers? Beyond kind and amazing. The service? OUT OF THIS WORLD! I 100% recommend going to this store if you want to be treated like family. 100/10!”

We came into the Lake Stevens store on Saturday, June 1, so that I could switch from my iphone 7 to my new iphone 14, whereupon my husband could switch from his FLIP-phone to my old iphone 7. “I wanted to share what a wonderful customer experience we had at the Snohomish Verizon store today. The customer service representative (Martin? He greeted us cordially but I have forgotten) couldn’t have been nicer. I needed to make some updates to my Dad’s account due to his recent onset of dementia. He made us feel comfortable right away informing us that he would take care of everything. He handled all our inquiries and resolved everything seamlessly even offering his own seat to my Dad so he could be comfortable. Please ensure he is recognized for the excellent customer service today going above and beyond to assist my Dad and I today.”
