“I've been meaning to change from my current bank which I've been a member of for many years. But with many of their smaller banks closing down, and since mine isn't open on Saturdays and doesn't have an outside ATM, I thought I'd go to Chase. My husband was a member, but he's passed away, and I remember that he was very happy with Chase (and it took a lot for him to put his trust into anything). But he did. And he was always right!! So here I am, opened up a new checking account....and Sandra was the biggest help I could have ever asked for. She took me thru every step I needed, and made sure everything was right on. And it is. And it's not far from home, open part time on Saturdays, and has that good old outside ATM which every bank should have!! Thank you Sandra & Chase!!”
