“I am so glad I discovered this gem of a thrift store. I love thrifting and I just moved to the Kitsap area 4 months ago. I have been on a hunt for the best prices and items selection in the area and this thrift store exceeded my expectations. Everything is priced at an affordable price and if you take the time to look in every nook and cranny, you will find a lot of neat stuff. My sister is having a baby next year and I have purchased so much baby clothes for her from here. The clothes were in good condition and $1.99 each (might've been $2.99, can't remember) and they were vintage and cute! I can't wait for my little niece to wear them. The employees are super kind and friendly. I wish the store building would be bigger but other than that, no complaints. If you're in the area and have time to spare, you should stop by and see what gems you find. I'll attach a few pictures of the items I've found at this location (if I have any).”
“this place absolutely is the best for helping people in need at no cost... The people on here complaining about the prices need to move on and shop elsewhere because the funding goes to help people truly in need(i.e. Women leaving domestic violence relationships and starting over etc) Who badmouths Charities anyways???? hopefully you never find yourself in a bad situation but if you do Abraham's house will be there to help you out at no charge to you!!!keep up the good work Abraham's house we love you?”
“I love this thrift store. The women who run and organize the floor are the best and so helpful. Prices are great, I always find whats on my thrifting list and some more special one of a kind options. I much prefer them over goodwill or other stores in our area.”
“Interesting things to furnish your place with cabinets furniture and stoves washer dryer and some construction items less of them than I expected more knives and kitchen utensils than I would have thought.”
“The prices are fair and the selection on most items is good. They are way better than the other big secondhand store in the area. Also, the staffers are kind, cheerful and helpful”
“Prices very reasonable for buyers, but don't expect much for consignment. I came in at end of my contract and was told I had a balance of $7.80--- for 2 items that sold, one a brand new Treasure & Bond (Nordstrom) flannel shirt and the other an ALC black merino wool knit dress, only worn once (photos below of exact dress that my neice modled). They don't provide any breakdown of how much the items sold for or anything like that, so you just have to trust and be happy with what you get. So doing the math, those 2 items together sold for a little more than $20.00. So yeah, awesome deal for buyers, which is great for them! The sales associate explained that they have to price things lower than Goodwill, and that most people that bring things in are doing so to make a few extra $ for the things they might otherwise have donated. In fact, most never bother to come and pick up their unsold items. I now 100% understand, but still feel a little sad.”
“Wonderfully put together, the volunteers that work there are so kind and patient. Most of all it feels good shopping there knowing the funds support such an amazing organization”
“Shout out to Bethany, literally my hero. Forgot some feminine hygiene stuff at home and she had me covered. FYI Goodwill doesn't have any in their bathroom though. Happy to be a customer with such awesome employees.”
“Good store, decent selection, friendly staff just don't expect things to be cheap. They moved the fashion brands to their own racks so now a nice pairs of used jeans is $25 there! While prices are high they do employ people who need jobs and would struggle to obtain them. They also offer job training thru LaborReady and provide a $25 clothing gift card if you take their dress for the job class.”
“I had people waiting for me so I had to hurry? but looked like they had a pretty good selection one of the bigger ones that you can actually try on clothes!! Big bonus for those of us that live in the sticks!!!!”
