“Really great, quick service! I brought my phone in to repair the back screen yesterday, and thought I'd have to schedule an appointment in advance or something. I was just told to come back the next day, and it took 20 min to get it fixed. So happy I came here!”
“I have limited needs for device repair. That said when I do , because I am technically challenged, I am vulnerable to being oversold. I discovered Jet city about five years ago. They are rare. So many places are most interested. In how many dollars they can get. Not so Jet City. In contrast the “ how can I help” is the message and there fees are more than reasonable. I regularly recommend them to my friends.”

“Generally, going to either an AT&T store (or Apple Store) is one of the most unpleasant experiences possible. Today, I went to the Interbay store to upgrade to a new iPhone. It was certainly the best experience I've had at either an AT&T or Apple Store. Received excellent customer service from Daniel and Manny. Friendly, professional and knowledgable. I can't even remember a time when I completed a new phone upgrade in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommended.”

“I came into this particular location because it is so convenient to where I live and the queue always moves quickly. The phone I wanted needed to be ordered from another store and when it arrived I was given a call. I had the pleasure of working with Audrey on both occasions and the phone was set up quickly and all information was seamlessly transferred. It was so easy that I brought my partner back 3 hours later to upgrade her device as well. I highly recommend this store and staff.”

“I met with Katlyn Szczypiorski at the Bothell store and she was very helpful. I was very frustrated from getting nothing but the runaround from AT&T's customer service phone lines. Katlyn explained how it worked. I am still waiting for the ability to enter the code she gave me but hopefully, AT&T will push out the old error code by tomorrow.”

“Tyler was extremely helpful when I came in with an issue. I went to the Everett AT&T location twice before this and they kept messing up my order for the new iPhone 15. I placed my order back in September and at the end of October I received a text that my order canceled when it should have shipped. Went back in to the store to find out the girl that helped me the first time put all of my information into the system incorrectly. It was just a mess. Once I went to this location, Tyler was quick to solve the issue and did everything perfectly. I got my new phone 2 days later!! I definitely recommend going to him for any help you need!!”

Fabiola was really kind and amazing emplyee , she speak with customer service for long time for me and solve my problem and order me a new phone. I was really disappointed when I went to that AT&T but Fabiola calmly solved my problem I really appreciate her and i will always do my work with her. “Don't often take the time to write a review, but had a fantastic experience with Kyle at this store today. Called in this morning to the call center to ask a couple questions about setting my mom up with her cellular watch to keep her safe as she ages - the customer service agent was so frustrating I just decided to go into the store.Kyle went above and beyond to take care of us - setting my mom up, helping choose a number from the same FL area code as her phone, double-checking that her address was correct in case of a 911 call... and on top of that, helped me with upgrading my plan, saving money, increasing speed, and getting me my best discount (teacher)...Truly awesome experience with this store - thank you Kyle for caring about the customer!”
“So impressed with Christopher at this location. iPhone 11 to 15 Pro Max 1Tb, new plan, new number, whole enchilada. Data migration was flawless, like seriously, flawless. He did all this in less than 30 minutes and we spent the whole time chatting about gaming - old school 90s stuff, TA, Halo, FF. ATT Brass need to pay attention here, this cat is your Director of Customer Experience for the Americas! You need to pay this man or I will! “I had a very good experience switching from Cricket to ATT. Prior to coming in store (which I recommend if you are coming from a different service) I had spent some time on the phone. Ultimately I did go to two physical stores and was directed here. I ultimately decided it was much easier to get a new number rather than porting my number from Cricket.I also came in at a really good time to take advantage of promotional financing. I wanted my first IPhone and ultimately settled on an iphone14 as opposed to the 15 which had just came out as of this writing. I got a very nice discount. And being a nurse, I was also able to take advantage of a special program which is not offered at Cricket or any other carrier as far as I know.I came out with a beautiful phone and tablet on the way. Vinny was incredibly helpful and the process felt relatively fast and good compared to Cricket. It also helps that installment plans are offered as well. But on top of the installment plan and promotional financing I should be able to pay this phone off relatively easy. I’m very happy I decided not to go with the much more expensive iPhone 15.Location is a bit tricky to find. But this is the ATT location to go to. Well stocked and organized.”

“I used to work for this company and had service with them for 7 years still strong. HIGHLY recommend .. No contract .. Month to month... Customer Service is phenomenal.Whatever phone you buy you own outright. You can upgrade whenever you want just turn off phone, take out sim, put sim in new phone, turn on and make a call. It associates phone with sim. NEVER take out sim or memory card with phone on .. It will make it corrupted and any pics or files will be lost forever.”
