“Generally, going to either an AT&T store (or Apple Store) is one of the most unpleasant experiences possible. Today, I went to the Interbay store to upgrade to a new iPhone. It was certainly the best experience I've had at either an AT&T or Apple Store. Received excellent customer service from Daniel and Manny. Friendly, professional and knowledgable. I can't even remember a time when I completed a new phone upgrade in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommended.”

“I bought a salish wool blanket online years ago that I cherish. On a road trip I stopped in to see the store in person, tall ceilings and it smelled amazing in there! The staff were really nice, we were wearing the same brand mukluks. I was on a mission (and a budget!) and knew exactly what I wanted, left with two new blankets for gifting that came in beautiful boxes with handles. Last minute picked some socks out for my husband, they feel like really good quality while also being beautiful! Next time I'll buy a scarf for myself, one of the beautiful silky ones. I'm so happy to see Native businesses thriving! Congrats to the whole team, seeing your work on the cover of vogue is a milestone! :)”

“I had a very good experience switching from Cricket to ATT. Prior to coming in store (which I recommend if you are coming from a different service) I had spent some time on the phone. Ultimately I did go to two physical stores and was directed here. I ultimately decided it was much easier to get a new number rather than porting my number from Cricket.I also came in at a really good time to take advantage of promotional financing. I wanted my first IPhone and ultimately settled on an iphone14 as opposed to the 15 which had just came out as of this writing. I got a very nice discount. And being a nurse, I was also able to take advantage of a special program which is not offered at Cricket or any other carrier as far as I know.I came out with a beautiful phone and tablet on the way. Vinny was incredibly helpful and the process felt relatively fast and good compared to Cricket. It also helps that installment plans are offered as well. But on top of the installment plan and promotional financing I should be able to pay this phone off relatively easy. I’m very happy I decided not to go with the much more expensive iPhone 15.Location is a bit tricky to find. But this is the ATT location to go to. Well stocked and organized.”

“Full disclosure: I am not a Verizon customer, and currently on a shared family plan with one of their market competitors due to the highly discounted rate and incentives, my father gets for being a retired first responder of almost 40 years. BUT, I found myself randomly popping in the Verizon store off of NW. Market St. in Seattle yesterday evening, and was pleasantly greeted, helped and given fantastic customer service by the three employees; Oscar, Kaiya and John while I was there. I was immediately transparent that I am not Verizon consumer, but was still hoping they would be willing to help me and answer a few questions I had regarding best practices for protecting my mobile phone. As someone who has worked in retail, and for commission, I fully understand that in working in the tough business of sales and earning a living mostly based off sales commissions and upselling. I was incredibly grateful and impressed by how willing all three of them were to assist me knowing that I was not going to make a big impact on their target sales goals. If I ever find myself needing to shop for a new carrier, my experience at the store on the evening of December 15 guaranteed that I will go back to speak with one of them about current company cell phone and data plans. Genuine kindness, willingness to help especially when you know you won’t be getting much or anything in return, and overall industry/product knowledge go a very long way with me. Just as I’m sure it does with many other people. I truly hope this is a review that management from the C-suite, to the broader territory managers and most importantly this particular stores manager sees my review and keeps it in mind when it’s time to document each of their performance reviews. They deserve each and every one of these 5 stars. Thank you, again, to the three valuable team members at the NW Market St. store. So many places are most interested. In how many dollars they can get. Not so Jet City. In contrast the “ how can I help” is the message and there fees are more than reasonable.
