They even went out of her way to follow up on an unrelated card issue with me afterwards. I’m beyond satisfied with the level of customer service and am looking forward to interacting with Emily again if the need arises.”
“I recently opened a line of credit with WSECU to help rebuild my credit. A couple days after receiving my brand new credit card, I was pick pocketed at an event in Seattle and all my cards were stolen. I cancelled the card immediately but there were already 6 transactions on the card. It was a holiday weekend but the day I could reach the main line, the woman who helped me was so wonderful. I wish I could remember her name. If it helps, this was on Tuesday evening 5/30/23 at about 5pm. She was so kind to me, she listened to what happened intently, she went through all the fraud reports with patience and compassion, and she cared about my situation. When she told me the new card would be there in 10-14 days, I asked if there's any way to get it sooner (I offered to pay the expense) she then put me on hold to call her manager and got permission have my card expedited to arrive in 2 business days AND waived the fee for that. My card arrived in 2 days as expected with the balance reset. Wonderful customer service.”

“I have been trying to get a loan from other bank for 3 weeks knowing that I was already approved and I am glad that I didn't get it. I decided to go to Sound Credit Union hoping to get a personal loan with a 7.5% interest rate. I left with all the needed amount in my new account with only 2.44% ??The nice lady (Unfortunately I didn't get her name) worked with me on the loan and then she told me about an option that I have never thought about it. “This is a really good bank! I needed to open a business checking account and business credit card and they have really good options for no monthly maintenance fee accounts! The only caviate is, you need to have a direct family member who has served in the US military to be able to qualify for a account here.I highly recommend Navy Federal credit Union!”
