“I’m sure it’s never my fault? But I have visited this Maaco location four times. I say that was shame. No one knows it though because my car looks great. The service is top-notch Taylor & Paul always take care of me in a timely manner. It’s a fair price, they can do a small touchup because I’m fanatical about my car bumper and it is seamless. And I’m very impressed with this leadership at this location. They take great pride in their work.”

“I'll start by saying this business has earned life-long customers from both me and my girlfriend, absolutely stellar employees and unbeatable customer service.To keep this as short and sweet as possible some unfortunate circumstances and going back and forth with the insurance company eventually led us to handling repairs with Xtreme Motorsports, we were happy to learn that they can handle any damage you throw at them, Exterior, Interior, Glass, you name it.XM staff were very transparent with us and super easy to communicate with through texts and phone calls. When the car was finished being worked on our schedules didn't quite align with their hours of operation but Shaquille was nice enough to come in on his day off to take care of us so my girlfriend didn't have to wait another week being without her vehicle.Prices were fair and expected, no weird fees. The quality of work speaks for itself and the car looks great! They prefer OEM parts for everything but they were very communicative with us regarding picking up a used part for something no sellers are currently carrying. “I recently had my Subaru Outback repaired at Caliber after being rear ended on I-5. JD was very helpful and I mentioned that this was my wife's car and that we were using it to take my wife to Seattle for daily medical appointments and with her car in the shop we were going to have to use my car which isn't in as nice of shape to take her to her medical appointments which was undesirable given all that she was going through. JD and the rest of the crew at Caliber went the extra mile and were able to get her car repaired in record time and the final repair looks great! I wouldn't hesitate to take a car to Caliber in the future and think they are a great shop!”

In addition to that, I cannot say enough good things about Mac who was absolutely exceptional throughout this whole process!! He truly went above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly where we were every step of the way and was always happy to go over any questions or concerns—he even left me a tennis ball for my dogs when he noticed the doggie gate in the back of my 4Runner! “Carstar Collision Clinic Edmonds is my new go-to repair shop! They were amazing in getting my Mazda CX-30 back to good-as-new shape. From the estimate process to checking in, to getting the Enterprise rental taken care of, it was all fantastic. Oh, and they did a great job on the car which I guess is most important. “I only go here. And as long as they are in business, I will only go here. Mark & Vickey have that person touch when it comes to a small business and don’t care about the quality of the work they do. They don’t cut corners and fight for their customers when it comes to insurance companies trying to cut corners and put aftermarket parts on your car. If you use this version, your car will probably be in better condition than it was before it got hit.I only send my friend here because I don’t trust anybody else with my vehicles. My M3 is my baby and only trust it in the hands of pros. If you book them be prepared for a wait at first, everybody wants to go with them.”

Imagine my delight when I got my baby back in 9 days! The car looked great, customer service was excellent and Rheena stayed in consistent contact with me via text. Would absolutely recommend!”
