He suggested using a Notary certificate instead and added the details & stamp in there. She helped me call the department but they need to decide today. So I one back today. And she helped me call again and finally I know the results. Thanks so much. She’s really nice and patient. “I noticed those had low stars based on a bad review a long time ago so I wanted to update it. I came here at 7pm, in the dark. It was well lit and in an open parking lot with good visibility. It's near Costco and other stores with good clientele. I felt comfortable making my deposit which was accepted with no issues.”
