He suggested using a Notary certificate instead and added the details & stamp in there. I had a very bad experience with Bank of America (1121 N 205th St, Shoreline, WA 98133) with the same application document.”

“The atm here said I took out $400 but didn’t dispense the money so I turned again and it gave $300 but said I took out $700. The lady working there was very sweet and kind she called it in right away when I explained to her what happened and they made a case. The next day the money was credited back into my account so very thankful for the lady being there to help me and greatly appreciate her patience helping me get my money back.”
