After digging through the racks, I was very surprised to find several lovely brand name dresses there, suitable to wear to a formal event. Not only were they on trend, but they were one-tenth the price of similar dresses I had seen online! As a side bonus, the store was nicely organized. I also noticed lots of athletic wear--for men and women--at low prices. Ross will definitely be the first stop for me the next time I need workout clothes.”

“another try, Melissa & Kevin in Customer service were personable and helpful. I had a (slightly) complicated purchase & they handled it good cheer. It was 6pm and the store was a little quiet, but got the feeling it had been crazier earlier. It's these kinds of interactions that provide a positive customer experience. The store itself is a smaller JC Penny foot print, they have clothes, stuff, and a hair salon.”
