“If you enjoy the thrill of the hunt, Ross will satisfy your desire. After digging through the racks, I was very surprised to find several lovely brand name dresses there, suitable to wear to a formal event. Not only were they on trend, but they were one-tenth the price of similar dresses I had seen online! As a side bonus, the store was nicely organized. I also noticed lots of athletic wear--for men and women--at low prices. Ross will definitely be the first stop for me the next time I need workout clothes.”

“another try, Melissa & Kevin in Customer service were personable and helpful. I had a (slightly) complicated purchase & they handled it good cheer. It was 6pm and the store was a little quiet, but got the feeling it had been crazier earlier. It's these kinds of interactions that provide a positive customer experience. The store itself is a smaller JC Penny foot print, they have clothes, stuff, and a hair salon.”

I had bought a 75 in tv from the pa Walmart to take it home to find out the screen was busted. I was not happy. “They've got a little bit of everything! They're like a tractor supply with better sections for everything but tractor and trailer parts. They are less inauthentic cowboy, and more legitimate work wear, though you can still get your lariat. It's like the best parts of a wilco and a sportsman's warehouse.”
