“A “go to” auto repair shop. Took my 15 year old vehicle in for some brake work and a 36 point check up. Brake work was completed quickly and done well. No unnecessary recommendations from the 36 point review - a sign of a trustworthy shop. Clean shop, friendly and professional team. Will be my first choice for any future work.”

“David S was amazing. Stop going to multi-national corporations. After the 'scare' there was a war on Ma & Pa small business. It may not have been on accident. Car parts, restaurants, markets and hardware. Keep it local. You are only shooting yourself in the foot going to conglomerates, and big box. As for A-1, every single time, I am met with the best customer service. Outstanding. Really nice folks.”

“I needed the motor in my Geo Metro rebuilt, and I heard Mike was THE guy for the job. He was fantastic. Good guy to work with, and did a wonderful job on the engine. He is friendly, and promptly answered the phone, or returned calls. He completed the engine in the time frame we agreed to, and went above and beyond the "normal" rebuild job. Best of all, he offered his services at the lowest prices around. I highly recommend Mike if you are looking for an engine rebuild.”

“I had a great experience taking my own car in, very friendly and efficient. Today I took my dad's car in and the guys found that it was too early for an oil change. They topped off all the fluids for free and filled up his tires at no charge. I really appreciate how honest and helpful they were.”

“So thankful for this Les Schwab! Traveled to Sequim for my anniversary & had a weird sound coming from my tires. Stopped in with 15 minutes left until closing and they happily looked at my car, found out the problem and fixed it (easy fix) and sent me on my way. Thank you so much!”

“They came out to rescue me from the snow and ice, were super friendly as about it, and only charged me for the jump start, which allowed me to drive in. Then they fixed my starter the same morning. Great service!!”

“The alternator in our vehicle suddenly died on our way to a camping trip - we were pulling a rented trailer and had our young kids with us. We weren't sure if there were any car repair shops open, let alone able to help us without an appointment. Olympic Automotive Repair to the rescue! They agreed to take us immediately and had our vehicle back up and running quickly. We were charged an extremely fair price and the customer service was outstanding. They saved our trip and so much stress and hassle. I can't recommend this repair shop highly enough for their great automotive work and also just being good, honest people.”

“Very professional and friendly staff. I'm from out of town but they got me scheduled in a reasonable time frame so I didn't have to delay my return to Arizona by only a few days. Had a bad motor mount and they had me ready to go in a couple of hours. The quoted cost and repair time was exactly what they said it would be. Sunnyside will be my go to place for auto repairs whenever needed while spending the summers in Port Townsend.Service: Engine repair”

“Frankfurth Auto Body repaired my car when it was in an accident. They worked with the insurance company, repaired my car and took it to the dealership for calibration. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Emily was on top of everything.”

“We got our tires rotated and balanced this morning, and we got to meet Max. He's been working here for five days now and he was a DELIGHT. We only chatted for less than two minutes, but his warmth and friendliness took all of the cold corporate rush out of things. Normally getting work like this done on a car is all about numbers and pushing customers through as quickly as possible, but being assisted by Max changed that feeling. He was personable and friendly and we actually enjoyed the check-in experience. We were extremely disappointed to later overhear a manager complaining to another employee that Max would have to be reprimanded for being too chatty with customers. None of our conversation with Max was inappropriate or unrelated to the visit, and it was lovely to meet and engage with him.”

“Can't say enough about Don.... super busy guy but very knowledgeable and very personable. He did everything possible to fit us in and help us out with a hot water heater that decided to quit working while we were living in our travel trailer. When he said he would be there or get back to us, he did! That means a lot these days! Turned out it was a burnt wire that he was able to track down and fix. We feel very lucky to have found him!”

“I inherited a Mercedes-Benz 300Turbo Diesel from my stepmother. I had though to fly to Sequim and drive the car home. Then I learned it had been sitting in her garage for over a year. I contacted European Autowerks for an opinion on the driveability of the car. They told me it could be upwards of $1200 - $1500 to get the car engine flushed of bad fuel. I decided at that time to hire a car carrier to haul the car across country. Hen I got to Sequim I discovered that the hood release cable was frozen and I couldn't get the hood open. I had the car towed to the shop and was quoted $110 as an hourly rate to get the hood open & check the battery with a promise to call if it was going to take longer. I agreed. I was having difficulty finding a car carrier who was willing to drive all the way to Sequim. So I also asked the shop if I might be able to pay them to hold the car until I could figure out how to either get the car to Tacoma to meet a carrier or find a carrier who would drive to Sequim all the time worrying because I only had 2 more days before I had to fly home. It turned out that my mom had her car serviced here for 16 years and in the last few years Scott, the owner, would pickup and deliver mom's car to her house and always made time to have tea and chat with my mom, who lived alone and was in her late 80s. He got to know her very well and had not realized she had passed away. Scott's mechanic got the hood open, warrantied the battery and told me if I could leave the car with him for the carrier to pick up or he would be willing to trailer the car to Tacoma to meet the carrier if I couldn't find one willing to go all the way to Sequim. And he wouldn't accept any kind of payment! He was truly an answer to prayer in a really stressful and sad time for me. If I lived in Sequim I would take my car to him anytime I needed work done.”

“The old owners of this automotive repair shop put in so many years running the number one garage in the peninsula areas! They wanted to find the right new owner to carry the torch of honesty, genuine care to customers and just letting you know what the real deal is.Still the place to go with fantastic new owners when the vehicle needs a little love plus professional top line services.”

“My daughter and went from Seattle to sequim to visit family. My car started to vibrate in the front wheels. We stopped at integrity auto and asked them if they could just look at it to make sure it wasn't serious. Well it urged out that our upper and lower bearings were worn and a wheel could fall off. Noah the main owner personally took care of our car after hours even though he had worked all day. He was so professional and could of charged us so much more than he did. He even changed our front brakes while he had everything apart. This shop rocks hard. Highly recommend anyone to feel great about going there to get your vehicle worked on. Thanks again Noah Eric and daughter”

“The carlsberg shop is basically an outpost for the peninsula. It is a small location but is backed by the very large Pap-E corporation. They only have one main employee and the wait can be a while but the quality of work and services is great.”
