“Big fan. I recently bought a used Jeep from Low. Eddie made the sale smooth and soon enough I was out the door with what I'd wanted. Sadly, the jeep developed transmission issues before I got home. I contacted Eddie that day and he quickly brought the issue up with the business owner, Justin.
Justin brought the Jeep back twice to work on the issue. Each time I was able to bring her in without problems, and Justin provided me a loaner car while the Jeep was in the shop. It took chasing a few parts around to finally squash the issue by replacing the transmission, which Justin did at no cost to me.
All told, I would certainly purchase another vehicle here if I needed one. Even with the vehicle having a serious issue, the communication and customer was excellent. They worked to make my sale right and let me know exactly what was happening at every instance.”

“Did our research, and reviews. Checked carfax and a few other cars first. The vehicle started up, smoothly, (others did not start, or smooth), drove well, braked, no squawks, no problems. Really was what we were looking for. Went back in stated our price. They stated theirs which included tax and title and we accepted. Really good experience, no pressure, no problems.
