“We had a 100% flat steering tire on our 39ft class A motorhome on Sunday. Although we had to wait until Monday morning, GCR answered our call for help at 740am! The mobile tech arrived MUCH SOONER than expected and did a very thorough assessment, inflation and another evaluation before leaving. Turns out the flat was due to a failed valve stem. We are on the road as Happy Campers again!! Thanks to Devin our technician and GCR! We'll definitely use them again.”

“We were traveling on the freeway when our undercarriage cover come off. We scrambled to three other auto shops (one didn't have the equipment needed to raise the car high enough, one didn't have availability for hours, and one was closed for the July 4th holiday). “Blew a tire on a Sunday and new Year's Eve. Came in around 3:30, and although the staff were all given permission to leave early for the holiday, they stayed to replace the tire on not just the one wheel, but all four, and did so in roughly 45 minutes, with proper balancing and airing of the wheels and securing the wheel nuts properly. I do work on my car myself so I can tighten the lug nuts again for their 100 mile (I believe) check up but they made sure to issue the reminder and maintained a positive life saver. I made it to the ferry on time to get my friend back home for the holidays, all because of their help. They even put the spare back in the trunk under the lid even though my trunk had stuff in it, all without disturbing my items or complaining. I'll be here again for my other vehicles :)”

“Very impressed with their customer service at the Sedro Woolley location! Husband woke up to a flat tire before work and had to take my car. We had to get his fixed today since they are closed Sundays. But I didn’t have any car seats in his car for my girls to bring the car there. Called them to explain and see if there was any way to have them come to me. They had a guy come like 45 minutes later he got the tire took it back to the shop and had it back and back on the car in like an hour! Saved me from a huge headache since I didn’t have any one to watch my girls. very thankful.”
