“Kiko worked with me and my mom 1:1 over the course of 3 different wedding dates for a beautiful custom dress. It fit me like a glove and honored the Filipino-American aesthetic I wanted. I even got TWO looks in one: for the ceremony, I had traditional veil and Maria Clara sleeves. For the rest of the evening, I got my chic, modern, athletic dress! Everyone was wowed at the dress, and it was totally worth it to get something custom, and I can't wait to pass it on to my daughter or someone else special in my family. Kiko is great at his craft and you'll be well taken care of.”

They're also great at suggesting what looks best on their customers. Their jewelry selection is great. There are several cases with various artists, making each piece unique that I pick out. Their prices are a little high, but the quality is worth it.”

They were willing to call their second location and hold the shorts for me. Also they were willing to call me once they secured the hold. Prices are affordable and decent.”

“I was vacationing in Seattle from Houston with a friend, and walking the downtown area I saw Kusama's dots in the window display of the store and I knew I had to go inside. I loved the eclectic beautiful pieces curated by Sandy, and I bought one that was on sale. I'm glad they have a website so I can buy more later on because I fell in love with a necklace that I couldn't buy at the time. I met Sandy there too and she was kind and energetic. I wish Houston had a store like that.”

“Luly Yang is one of my favorite bridal shops in Seattle, and I'm so surprised that it's not very well known (yet).1. The shop itself is amazing. Their bridal section/room is luxurious, but very down to earth. It's private and intimate, since no one from outside can look in. They have the most comfortable couch according to my guests.2. Stephanie and Meg are so sweet and helpful. They made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the process. They took time to understand what I like vs don't like, and helped me pick dresses to try on, and gave me lots of helpful suggestions. I didn't feel pressured at all, and had a great time trying on dresses and chatting with them.3. Luly's design is so unique and beautiful. Each dress had at least one detail that I've never seen before, and I was blown away by the construction and quality of her dresses.I think Luly just needs to up their marketing game a bit. :P I recommend every bride looking for their dream dress to visit Luly!”

“5 stars all around for quality, price, and service! All of their products are local and clean which often comes with a higher price point; however, theirs is very affordable. My husband got a t-shirt that is one of the softest I ever felt, and I got a bottle of locally-made lotion which smells and feels amazing.The employee who was there at the time was super nice and helpful. He gave us an overview of the store and product recommendations and information. Since we were in town on vacation, he also gave a couple restaurant recommendations which we ended up trying and they were incredible.Local businesses are of course my favorite to support and I always buy clean, plant-based products when I can so this store was definitely up my alley, and the quality, pricing, and service would attract anyone.”

He has keen eye, more than one person's fair share of skill and talent, and is always incredibly kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and I will be keeping an eye out to see if he ends up opening a smaller more tailoring specific (less retail oriented) operation here in Seattle. If you are looking for a skilled and trustworthy go-to tailor I recommend you do the same. If not, it has been my pleasure to be a patron of his business, and my wardrobe is certainly better off for it.”

“I got my dress from a wedding dress resale place, and it came with a gauzy overlay which I didn't like as is but I knew had potential. I took my dress and the overlay to Beverly and it was one of the best decisions I made in the entire planning process. She worked with me to figure out how to make the gauzy piece work as an overskirt to my dress, and the final result was more beautiful than I could have originally imagined. She is so talented and personable and did a great job both listening to what I wanted and also making suggestions to me about different things that could work. I would highly recommend her!
