“This entire team was so helpful, thoughtful, and caring towards me when I took a recently purchased vehicle in to be inspected. Unfortunately it turned out to be a complete junker but if they had not run the in depth diagnostic tests included in their inspection package I never would have known. They took the time to walk me through each major issue with the vehicle (and there were MANY) Fortunately, I was able to use the detailed information from their digital report to arrange to return the car to the seller for some of my money back so there was tremendous value in that. “Buying our medium duty truck from Gabe at 5 Star Auto was one of the best experiences ever. It worked out great, as I was late getting to the dealership after work hours they stayed late to finish the sale, I got to meet Gus the owner who shared fun stories and invited me to contact them should anything come up during my trip home, as it was obvious they knew their products completely. I'm part way home and grateful, they did all they could to make my 16 year old truck feel and perform like new. I'm really optimistic this is going to be a great truck just like they said it was. They are truly professional, courteous, well respected and more importantly HONEST about all aspects of car history. I am somewhat novice with Ferrari and flew in to their dealership from a long distance to complete the purchase. I am still in process but sooner or later it will happen. “Very honest. A popular oil change place told me I needed a new compressor for my air conditioner. They said they would fix it for around $1600. I took it to First Union Auto for a second opinion. In 5 minutes Ashur & Zeus had me on my way. The plug that connects the air conditioner to the computer had been unplugged. (Probably by the oil change place). First Union could have rolled me for a lot of money, but they didn't. I highly recommend this place.”
