“This entire team was so helpful, thoughtful, and caring towards me when I took a recently purchased vehicle in to be inspected. Unfortunately it turned out to be a complete junker but if they had not run the in depth diagnostic tests included in their inspection package I never would have known. They took the time to walk me through each major issue with the vehicle (and there were MANY) Fortunately, I was able to use the detailed information from their digital report to arrange to return the car to the seller for some of my money back so there was tremendous value in that. “Yeah I stopped by this place today to see if someone would help me disconnect my headlight assembly from the main wiring harness. I unbolted the right side assembly OK but I've been struggling for three days looking on YouTube for hints on how to unsnap the electrical connection with no luck. These things are tricky! I just went up to the front desk and explained my predicament to a guy named Javier. He stopped what he was doing and he and the other mechanic on duty came out to my van and with a small tool and with some finesse unlocked the connection. Javier let me park in the lot while I unbolted the assembly on the other side. Then he came back out and after some finagling, unsnapped the connection on that side. Afterwards, I offered him twenty bucks for his effort and when it looked like he wasn't going to accept it I insisted. I'm an old man and I used to work on cars a lot before they became computerized but I can still spot a sharp mechanic - and a generous one too. Javier and One Stop are my new shop.- Robin Hood”

They have taken me in at the last minute for a punctured tire, and today they fixed the crappy oil change job Jiffy Lube did where they didn’t even put the gasket on.. “Used this shop a few times for tire repairs over the years and they are the best option I've come across. Always friendly, fast, and very reasonably priced. This time I had a brand new car so silly me I tried going by the dealership I just spent a huge amount of money at to help me with a tire repair. What was I thinking, I know. They made me wait 2 hours then told me it's not repairable and quoted me $400. I drove over here and they had the tire fixed in less than 15 minutes. I wish dealerships weren't as price gouging and misleading as they are but at least places like this exist to help!”
“Got two great tires for $70 each. It’s so hard to find used tires in Seattle, and all the shops I called were asking at least $50 more per tire. They answered the phone promptly and were able to fit me in the same day. When I got to the shop, the folks there were fast, professional, and friendly - I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I got the tires just before leaving Seattle and I’ve made it to Wisconsin with no issues!”

“I bought a car from a friend in Seattle, and we determined it needed a new battery before I drive it back to Michigan. I happened to have a 30% off coupon for Pep Boys pop up on my phone when I called for roadside assistance, and this shop had my battery available and good reviews for working with Volkswagens.
I drove over and they were willing to take care of me as long as I understood it could be a while. I had no problem with that since I walked in with no appointment or warning.
There were a couple other quirks with my 20 year old Jetta they alerted me to (which I already knew about and will repair when I get home) and I appreciated them telling me and not being pushy about anything.
The customer service was excellent. The pricing was fair. And my car starts and runs like a dream. They even made sure I had a store near me so I can take advantage of the 36 month warranty if needed. I highly recommend this shop.”

“A sudden blowout on our 5th wheel left us disabled on I 5 just south of downtown Seattle, two hours into our 5 day vacation. Luckily we were able to pull to where an on ramp merged, so we were not obstructing traffic and we had room to change the tire safely. The problem was the Lugnuts were too tight for my husband to remove. Luckily, he called industrial tire service. It wasn't long before they arrived and had the tire replaced. We were amazed that they only charged $50. Unbelievable. There are not enough stars to award this business, their service quality value promptness our satisfaction we can recommend them so highly please pass the word.”

“I’m very pleased with this business. Had a tire with low pressure. Asked them to repair if possible and look over the tires. They called to tell me all the tires were needed to be replaced.All were in very poor shape and I believe they were 13 year old tires. They quoted me the price and I looked up the tires online and the price was in accordance with the cost of those tires at other places. The extra costs the removing and adding the tires and balancing and taxes and cost to dispose of tires is all listed on the receipt. They told me a few other things that need to be done and I made an appointment in a couple weeks to get vehicle back in. There’s no pressure. They are informative and I was happy that they were able to get me in same day. Great customer service. The owner/ manager is a really nice man. I trust him and his garage.”
