7918 Aurora Ave N, Seattle“I really appreciated the expertise of the staff here. My husband and I both came in for shoes and the fitting was great and we were each able to find shoes that worked great (which has been hard in the past!). Very, very appreciative and would not hesitate to recommend this store for someone who wants knowledgeable, attentive service.”

911 E Pine St, Seattle“I was a bit nervous to go in but the person helping me answered all my questions and let me try on lots of different pairs. They were very knowledgeable and kind and I just appreciated my whole experience there. Ended up with a very comfortable pair of brooks!”

2743 California Ave SW # 101, Seattle“This is the best shoe shopping experience I’ve had in years. They have great foot measuring equipment to fit your feet properly. Tim was extremely helpful. I was able to try them out at home as I have some foot issues. I came back to get a wider shoe. The return was quick, easy and Lilly and Laurie were great in helping me try a wider shoe. They seriously care about your comfort. Thank you!!”
“Emerald City Discs has so many things going for it as a shop. Fantastic location, nearby Lakewood Disc Golf course and next door to Bok A Bok Fried Chicken. Solid variety of plastic manufacturers/equipment. Both of the owners are good dudes and passionate about this sport and its community. They also host different disc golf tournaments throughout the year!”
“Don’t play when it comes to this store - customer service is insanely knowledgeable and patient. Walked me through various options and provided practical examples on how I would feel in some brands vs other brands. All questions I had were answered easily. Thanks so much!”
“Did a lesson with Brett and a buddy of mine. Brett was awesome - great teacher who gave solid advice throughout and got us foiling by the end. He was patient, kind, and really helped accelerate the decision of whether I could do it at all, and whether the sport would be right for me. I highly recommend, we had a fantastic experience.”
11AM - 6PM
2100 Westlake Ave N Suite #1, Seattle“Good place to kayak. $23/hr will take that any day. Kayaks comes with foot paddle and that makes steering really convenient. SLU is always a great place to Kayak anyways - so if it's sunny it's a great time to come out here and kayak. Lovely folks at counter.”
“We stopped by Motion Boardshop to get the family longboards. Nate was so helpful and such a cool dude! He helped us pick out boards and adjusted them to fit our needs. He didn’t try to upsell us and even recommended the less expensive boards cause they were a better fit for the style of riding we want to do. We’ll definitely be back in the winter for snowboarding season!”
“Great family owned business and the owner, Jay is extremely knowledgeable about his stuff. Great shop for club repair, fitting and making game improvements. I’m a customer for life!”
“Sales guy Evan was knowledgeable about the shoes there I'll tell you! I wasn't even going to buy some. I was just looking getting ideas. I'd had Hoka shoes before, which are great shoes. I looked at the cute, comfortable Altra shoes, slid my foot in the shoe, and my foot just melted. So I changed my mind. I bought them! Because you never know if that shoe in your size would be there next time. That would be a big Un- zen like disappointment! We want the good feeling! Go there, get your next pair there!”
“helpful and informative lady working there. lots of martial arts supplies, glassware, lion's heads, and chinese slippers. worth stopping in and looking around”
10AM - 6PM
101 Pine St, Seattle“I got my 10 year old rucksack #21 repaired here. They have a tailor on-site for alterations and repairs. They stand by their lifetime repair warranty, and their items are made to last. The staff is cheerful and helpful, and they have a good selection at the store! Worth a visit if you're in the area!”
“Stopped in to buy a complete, they had everything I asked for and some really cool options for shop decks, the one I got was kind of a Newport theme and it was designed by the guy who was working so that was pretty awesome ~all in all the experience was phenomenal I had a great time looking at their vinyl and stickers, and the service was amazing. Highly recommend!”
“I have been coming to this store for many years for the warm, friendly and very helpful service, as well as the consistently great shoe and clothing selections. I never walk out with empty hands.”
11AM - 5PM
1250 1st Ave S, Seattle“I love this store and I really like that they have the authentic jerseys, too. Authentic as in the $300-$500 jerseys that the players wear. The only thing I don’t like is the parking situation. It is Seattle so my expectations for parking can’t be too high so it is what it is.”
“Super friendly staff, very efficient and fairly priced. I came to get replacement laces for a pair of wakeboard bindings and the employee knew exactly what i needed and fixed my issue in no time. Would highly reccomend for anyone in need of anything watersports!”
“I'm not a fisherperson BUT I went into Avid Angler because they sell Goodr Sunglasses! The guys in there are so personable, funny and helpful! They have a nice selection of clothing, sunnies, and kicks too! Stop by, you'll be happy you did! Thanks!!”

3139 W Government Way Suite B, Seattle“A good variety of shoes, including minimalist and zero-drop ones. The owner/manager is very nice and so helpful; he brought out 5-6 different models for us to try and explained the differences between them. Other customers received the same level of care and attention too!”

570 1st Ave S, Seattle“Wow, what a great shopping experience. Brandon is a pro, he managed to help 5 people all at the same time. No sale pressure, he gave great gear and fit advice. Thank you Dainese and Brandon. I can't wait to use my new gear!”

2232 1st Ave S, Seattle“Emissaries of Embroidery, Legends of Lettering, Pharaohs of Fan Gear, Michaelangelo of Monograms... This is an excellent family owned and run business. Trust them with your duds.”
9AM - 9PM
222 Yale Ave N, Seattle“Really neat store with a huge selection of items and a pretty comprehensive Re/supply section. Found some great deals but regular price items are a bit pricey. Lots of staff on the floor to answer questions. Did an online order and it was available for pickup very quickly. I enjoyed geeking out with some of the staff. Garage system was a bit weird to figure out, I scanned out a minute or two over an hour but I guess there was a small grace period because we were not charged for going over an hour.”
9:30AM - 7:30PM
10601 5th Ave NE, Seattle“I'm a regular visitor to the Kraken Community Iceplex team store. They carry pretty much every type of Seattle Kraken or Coachella Valley Firebirds merch, and they can add names and/or numbers to haters while you wait. I love their clearance rack!”
11AM - 7PM
3501 NE 45th St, Seattle“The BEST tennis store in Seattle.Roger has been here for a very long time supporting tennis in Seattle long before it was popular. I even remember going to summer camps for adults in the evenings.Avanti has everything you need. Lets support a local business that adds to our tennis community rather than an online website with no connection to Seattle at all.One other interesting fact...Roger will never forget your name. I dont know how he does it but he has an uncanny ability to recall everyone's name.”
“Editing to update: There are some issues with their email listserv, but it's still a great place to buy authentic retro sports memorabilia, especially for local Seattle teams. It may be better to shop in person rather than online until these issues are fully resolved.”
10AM - 6PM
1800 4th Ave, Seattle“This official Mariners Team Store is located right next to the Mayflower Park Hotel and is a fantastic place to pick up official Mariners swag and merch! There is construction going on with the older and historic building it's located in. The building itself is actually very cool and kind of reminds me of a short, squatty version of the Flatiron Building in NYC. lol (+) They have a TON of selection of Mariners merchandise. I actually came here the morning after we went to the Astros- Mariners game because nothing in the Ballpark really excited me. I dropped a few bucks in here but ended up with some great Mariners swag! My favorite is a really nice hoodie with the retro logo on it! Also ended up picking a couple of shirts and a couple of hats! Fantastic selection here! (+) The guy working that day was super friendly and helpful. The customer service here was much better than I was anticipating! (-) the only real negative I have to report is that on one of the hats I bought the detection device (or whatever the hell you call it) was never removed from the hat. I was going to take a shot at removing it myself, but it was one that was loaded with ink. Yuck. Luckily, I have a friend in retail that was able to safely remove it for me without damaging the hat. I feel supremely confident that it was a total mistake, but it still was an annoying situation to deal with. Other than that, this place is awesome! 4 solid stars.”
“I thought this place was pretty cool. They have a lot of boards along with clothes, shoes, and hats. It’s a very simple store. We didn’t stay long but staff was nice.”

Whether you're an outdoor enthusiast or simply looking for reliable and fashionable products, KAVU is an excellent choice. Their commitment to quality, durability, and style is evident in every aspect of their products. I wholeheartedly recommend KAVU to anyone in search of gear that can keep up with their adventurous lifestytle.”
“Customer service was very good and the guy that checked us out was very helpful. Honestly I do not care if a jersey is real or not, because nobody is going to rip the shirt off my back and accuse me for purchasing a fake jersey. I got a great deal for the Bruce Lee Seattle Soundeds jersey and it is great quality.”
10AM - 6PM
1600 1st Ave, Seattle“I ordered on the internet and realized I ordered too small. I had a deadline so I called the store and the clerk was very helpful to get the correct sizes to me quickly. I loved the Pete Carroll shirts!”
“Came in looking to see if they possibly had the nuts for a used roof rack system we had bought off someone in the Seattle area. The staff were super helpful in showing us how we could order the parts from the website and then ended up finding us a set of them in the back. Will be recommending this place all our friends.”
