He was highly knowledgeable about the various shirt weights/fabric blends and had samples to help me decide. The shirts came out perfect and my team loved the design. Then we wanted to do jackets and the initial style we'd chose had some issues. Kyle was quick to order replacement jackets (we chose the one he recommended this time around) and got the embroidery done by the original delivery date planned.”
