Much like all of the businesses located in Capital Hill, this place has only street parking available. And it's popular before the end of the day, so plan accordingly.
The location has boxes and packaging in-house for purchase as well as office supplies and candy!
Staff is friendly, and I love the homely vibe of this spot. There were birds churping and people stopping by, whether it's the regular or the newby like me.

“for over a year now, i have been searching for the best Chai Latte. i have tried every place in west seattle and all of them have great Chai Lattes. some more than others (rating them in a tier list).
but none of them come close to this cafe that i would have never come across unless i was using it for work purposes.
This place BY FAR has the best Chai Latte, no where else beats it!

“The staff here is so very kind and sweet! Went to Chase, BECU, and Fed-x to get a will notarized. All said they could not because of the sound mind and body verbiage not knowing whom I am. Went here to Post Options and they notarized no problem. Nice people and a sincere desire to help out.”
“Yes, they accept FedEx drop off and ups drop off! They don’t do QR codes, so you would have to print your own label FYI.
I finally don’t have to drive to fisherman’s terminal for FedEx drop off now because it takes extra 20 mins out of the day where this is so conveniently located in the village :)”

Mel practically created a box for me with tape, a box cutter, & any available supplies she had on her. Dustin at the Fedex print shop near University Village (Laurelhurst) was professional, helpful and responsive. The turnaround time was very quick. He provided guidance on what finish to do based on my needs. I also appreciated that the University District (NE 45th St) Fedex re-directed me to the Laurelhurst Fedex when I told him the poster size. “I loved Eastlake Mail. Used one of their PO Boxes through iPostal1 and it was super affordable. Their employees were always nice to me and I appreciated Eastlake Mail’s help as I traveled. When I left, they offered to keep an eye out for my mail for the next two months. Overall, great customer service and would recommend to anyone looking for a PO Box.”

“I’m 9 months pregnant and had a huge, relatively heavy box to return. I went into UPS and asked the manager, Al, if I could borrow a dolly so I could wheel the box from my car to the UPS store. Al was generously kind enough to help me get the box (using a dolly) from my car and wheel it over to the store himself. I really appreciate his proactive thoughtfulness in helping me out greatly!!!”

“I've used this location a lot, I think its alright. Most of the time I have no issue, easiest thing is to create the shipment online and they mail you a barcode, which you can scan in store and attach to your package. Sometimes the email doesn't send though, and then the UPS store staff doesn't really care and charges you to print out the label, which is pretty dumb so I'm rating it lower for that. Not really the store's fault but more so on UPS”
