There is always a long line. The phone wont be answered. They are understaffed. The Safeway will be torn down ti yield a larger development so they stopped investing/keeping up and it shows.

The staff is very nice, but I’ve never waited longer at a pharmacy…on a regular basis. It’s too bad corporate won’t fund them to be staffed properly. At the end of the day, it’s a really poor customer experience and I’ll be going elsewhere.

They never answer the phone even when they’re at the beginning of opening for the day, and rude when you go in person about picking up prescriptions. Whoever is hiring there needs to find new people.
