“I rarely write reviews, but after the extraordinary service I had today I had to tell the entire city what care Bob Johnson's Pharmacy takes when working with their customers. They spent at least one hour, or more, working with my insurance company and a pharmaceutical company and time talking to me about the issues they were having due to my insurance. They were busy and did not need to spend the time especially with a brand-new customer. Josh was fantastic, and so was the entire team. I say drop the big corporate pharmacies and go to Bob Johnson's. You won't regret it - they really do care.”

“KR Compounding pharmacy on Madison has been providing us great service for 10+ years. Due to developmental disabilities our son cannot swallow pills, but greatly benefitted from prescribed medications. A compounded RX was the link between patient cooperation/ compliance and getting exact doses over time. They provide precise claim forms for filing reimbursement claims with insurance.They have been consultative for medication changes, researching what can and can’t be compounded, pricing and shelf life.”

“Some helpful neighbors recommended this pharmacy after another on the block nearly killed me with their mistakes. I called them to see if they had my medications, and they were super helpful.The last time I was there, the pharmacist was friendly and was able to work out some issues with my text alerts. They seem to always have my prescriptions in stock, and if they need to put something together they have a comfy waiting room available. I only just noticed on my last visit that there's a parking lot as well.If you can make the switch, you absolutely should!”

“The staff at this specific CVS are such a nice change from your average drugstore encounter. The security guard at the front, while appearing like he could take someone down if needed, always says “hi” and is very friendly. Usually someone behind the register will also say “welcome” or “hello”. The pharmacist and technicians are also very friendly and efficient. I thought maybe I just hit it on an extremely positive day, but it has been this way every time I’ve gone in over the last year and it is worth noting.”

“I don't usually rate stores and pharmacies and most people that do it's typically after a bad experience. The CVS Pharmacy, located within Target on 2nd and Pike, is a really good pharmacy. My prescription was ready within an hour or so after my doctor sent it in. I then went to pick it up and there was no line, so I was in and out very fast. The service was friendly as well.”

“This is about an incident that occurred in their parking lot today. My exterior driver side car mirror was vandalized today. I came out from shopping and picking up a prescription to find my mirror had been hit and shattered. This happened around 6:30pm May 18th 2023. Be careful and vigilant when parking your car in their lot. I'm shocked that this happened.”

“I'm used to having to deal with walgreens BS, like refilling prescriptions without my authorization and sending it to a wrong pharmacy 20 miles away then blame my doctor for the mess up. Coming to the Costco pharnacy instead, I called ahead to make sure the prescription was ready. He helped me out by asking for my pharmacy insurance and then upon realizing my meds would cost more and would only fill one dose at a time, explained that as a costco member I would have a discount, that pretty much cut the price of my medications in half, with the convenience of knowing I won't run out because my insurance is slow when billed for it, or if there is a staff or supply shortage. Picking them up was a quick and easy ordeal, and I was able to be in and out in only 10 mins. I'm likely to transfer all my prescriptions here.”

“The place to go if you're visiting from out of state. This was the only pharmacy I could find in Seattle that would fill an antibiotic prescription faxed to them by my doctor in British Columbia. The chain stores said they couldn't because of their corporate computer systems, although they knew Washington law would allow it, and the two other independents I asked just declined without explanation. Otherwise this is simply a nice store with good parking and access. Their phone was out when I contacted them, but they had a text line listed on their website, which worked out fine.”
