Fantastic customer service and very knowledgeable. Despite not fixing my vacuum as I decided to purchase a new one instead, I highly recommend this business still to those who need vacuum repairs or to decide whether or not to keep a vacuum.

Wow this place is the real deal. I needed a replacement part for our Miele and not only did they talk me through how it all worked and diagnosed the issue, they also found the part in stock for a super reasonable price. Highly recommend for both new purchases and replacement parts.
