“We are new to the neighbourhood and we just got a new dog and this place is walking distance so it really is convenient for us in the Highland Park area. We love the service and the selection on offer. We bought multiple items from the store, including: -- food for our dog [ they have a loyalty programs so you get the 10th bag of food free]. Also they have a wide selection of chew toys/dried raw hide items, & other accessories, including raincoats / outerwear / leashes / harnesses etc -- We bought the dog's beds there !The owner is super nice, super friendly, ... our dog really responds very well to him, to the store ... we love our visits/ experience there, each time.”

“Very kind and helpful! I came in today feeling very stressed after accidentally quicking my cat’s nail. They had exactly what I needed and told me what to do to help my kitty. They also sent me home with little treats and a toy. Above and beyond sweet!I’m happy to report my cat George is doing great. I think the whole thing hurt me more than it hurt him. He’s now happily playing with the little yellow mouse from his goody bag. I’ll definitely be back soon! ?”

“Usually quick service and friendliness. However, I, an older person have troubles sometimes with ordering online. This is the 2nd time I've tried calling the store for help. The first time a nice young woman took my order by phone. Today I had problems again, spending 1/2 hour trying to order by phone and was told, in no uncertain terms, they couldn't do this. The young man refused to assist me at all. I am confined to home and can't go into the store.”

“AMAZING selection on cat toys and treats!! My kitty loves it here and I have gotten his favorite toys from here. You will find toys and treats here that are healthy for your cat (unlike other places). Also the toys here typically have really good quality. It can be a bit more on the pricy side, but there are great lower price option’s available.”

“We came here with our dog for a Halloween costume contest. It was super cute and we got to meet the owner. The store is extremely well stocked with a ton of different options for food, and snacks, and treats, and toys, and clothing.”
“I cannot say enough about how much I love shopping here! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they obviously really care about their customers and their pets! I have two cats and went through a period of time where they were being really picky about food and one was having digestive issues. At All the Best they were so understanding of what I was going through trying to find food that works for my cats! They have a color coding system which lets you know the textures of different food etc… but the game changer for me was one of the employees recommendation of an enzyme supplement that I mix into their food (the wisely one)! Once I started mixing the enzyme into their food the little one stopped having digestive problems and they both decided they agreed on a food they liked. I think maybe it wasn’t so much the food but how they felt after eating it that made the difference. I haven’t had them snub anything since they started the enzyme.In addition to providing great guidance on food etc… the staff is just really friendly and seem to genuinely like talking to their customers and hearing about their pets and lives. When I’m feeling depressed or yucky I usually avoid errands because I get anxious and I never feel the need to avoid coming here. I know if I come in feeling less than 100% that I’ll leave in better condition than when I came in. I don’t buy cat food anywhere else anymore! This shop is my #1”
“I needed some cat food for my cat sitting job, so I came to the place closest to where I live. It was my first time getting cat food, and I couldn't believe how great the customer service was. “Maddie groomed Pepper and Pistol, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. There was a bit of confusion leading up to the appointment, as it seemed only Pepper was in the system. However, Brittany, the manager, quickly resolved the issue by confirming both appointments for Pepper and Pistol. The front staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. Maddie did an excellent job with Pepper's cut and Pistol's nail trimming, ensuring everything was done as requested, including accommodating Pistol's hypoallergenic needs. When I picked up the dogs, they were so happy and comfortable with Maddie, which made me feel very pleased and confident in the Wag n Wash team! :)”

“I take my fluffy medium sized dog to get groomed here. He always looks great and they are able to bath him, do a bit of a sanitary shave, and get all his shedding fur out - all in about an hour or so. I’ve taken him to other groomers in the past but they are more expensive for worse results compared to Health Mutt. Highly recommend Health Mutt for their grooming services!”
