PCC Community Markets - West Seattle Co-op has been a staple in the community since 1989, welcoming everyone from local families to weekend visitors. After reopening in 2019, the co-op offers an expanded shopping experience, featuring a blend of green building elements and local art. Customers appreciate the great selection of products, particularly the produce department, which is praised for its high-quality fruits and vegetables. The salad bar and deli are also popular, with some standout items like chicken Caesar wraps. However, reviews highlight some concerns about the prices, which many find to be on the higher side. Some shoppers feel that while the store has a strong focus on organic and health foods, there are many processed options that do not align with healthful eating. Despite these issues, loyal customers continue to support the co-op, noting that certain products, like cookie dough and specialty items, provide a unique and enjoyable experience. The staff, particularly in the deli, has received commendations for their helpfulness and dedication to customer service, creating a friendly, small-town atmosphere. Overall, PCC Community Markets - West Seattle Co-op remains a beloved destination for those seeking quality food and community connection.
Great, just like all PCCs. Prices on the higher end but the food and products overall are good quality and fresh. The staff are very nice and attentive.
Great selection, great salad bar. Expensive. Produce is ok. Some produce is excellent, last time I went the oranges were almost all moldy. Great local finds. I like it, but Natural Grocers is more affordable.
