Now that Avis owns them, they are x100 better than before. All the people are helpful and understanding. Will rent from them again!

I payed for a car at a certain time and they told me I had to wait at least two extra hours to pick it up after I already paid. They wouldn’t allow me to cancel and I lost over $200. They have terrible customer service and were unhelpful.
