They asked my name and verified my ID. Picked out a car and was on the road. The return was just as simple.”

“After reading some dismal reviews for other SeaTac rental car companies, we chose Enterprise and we're SO glad we did. We reserved an AWD SUV (forecast called for snow and ice). The counter rep (Gabriel) was professional and courteous (we lucked out with NO line). Shuttle to the car pickup was a breeze (very helpful and professional van drivers). When the AWD we got into presented Apple Car Play issues, representative Marcos jumped into action and went above and beyond to find us a suitable alternative. Every car we climbed into was SPOTLESS (a rare thing with rental cars lately). Pricing was transparent -- no hidden or surprise fees upon return. The return process itself (before the crack of dawn) was seamless and efficient. I will DEFINITELY use Enterprise the next time we rent at SeaTac.”

“We used Avis car rental for our Christmas visit in Lake Stevens. The process was simple and quick, the staff friendly and professional. Our vehicle was a Dodge Charger, in excellent condition except for the passenger seat belt, which was worn to the point it was almost impossible to use. Other than that, we were happy with the vehicle. Will definitely use them again for our vacation this year.”

“After being denied by almost every rental agency in the building,my only hope for getting home was Alamo. I was denied a rental car, because I brought the wrong credit card, and no agent would accept the card and wouldn’t take cash. I had nearly given up and made my way to the agent at Alamo, already feeling defeated as I tried to wipe tears off of my face.The agent was so nice and immediately let me know that I would be able to rent a car with them and that everything was going to be okay.I made it home and the drive was very comfortable and much cheaper than anyone else.No joke. Thank you Alamo. You now have a loyal customer!”

“I was a bit hesitant going with the company due to reviews I've read but I decided I wanted to experience SixT before jumping to conclusions.I purchased the car rental with SixT through Expedia and was already worried this would be an issue. When I got to the counter, Ismail helped me out and he was very kind and the process was quick.I picked up the car and due to everyone commenting the company is known to claim there are damages to the car after being returned, I did take a video before leaving the rental area. I took another video after dropping the car off as well.I had a BMW as a rental, which the car was overall good. It drove nicely and looked well kept.I waited until I received my receipt invoice before making an honest review so I could see if there would be any discrepancy between what I've already paid and what they billed me.Everything looked good and I was not charged for anything I shouldn't be charged for.I had a a great experience from pick up to drop off and I will gladly give the company another go. I will be honest, previous reviews almost stirred me away but I really had to just experience the company for my self and see how it is. Overall, it was a fast and easy experience. Thank you!”

“I can't say enough great things about Ana! I was unfortunately misinformed about something over the phone by another agent and when I arrived to the counter a 11pm I was unable to rent a car. Ana went way above and beyond to help me find a vehicle, walking with me to every car rental counter, speaking to each of them to explain my situation. She wasn't able to get me a rate as good as hers but I am so grateful she took the time to make sure my daughter and I wouldn't be stranded at the airport. Ana, you are so amazing! Thank you so much!!”

“Moh and Nabeel saved me today! I barely returned the car on time, and on top of that, I left my wallet in the car. Both made it a point to flag me down (chase me down was more like it), get me my wallet, and drive me to the terminal so I would be able to check in luggage/board my flight on time. Truly amazing customer service and I'm very lucky to have crossed paths with them today!”

“Just had an awesome vacation car rental experience with Payless at Seatac Airport in Seattle, Washington. The car was flawless and super clean (we rented a RAV4) and Isaias at the check in counter was very friendly, efficient and gave excellent advice. Would highly recommend and use Payless again.”

“I have to edit my review for Thrifty. You got a 5-star this time around.I just got an email of a refund of $162 (out of $235 for the overcharge) after about 7 days of lodging the complaint. This is more sensible because the charge removed now is the towing fee of moving the vehicle to their parking lot.Please work on your customer service so someone can be there to assure us that we are not alone.Thank you for attending to my request.”
