“Wonderful customer service. We really appreciated this store and the friendly helpful employees. We bought an item that ended up needing to be returned. When we arrived there was a local outage because a vehicle had taken out a power pole and Internet was down impacting many businesses in the area.The employee at the store took our item and then promptly processed the return after the service was restored. This saved us a return trip to the store and a lot of frustration.Excellent store with awesome selection snd service that is above and beyond. Thank you !!”

Stephen was extremely helpful and set up an appointment with me to go through almost all of the chairs in the Steelcase line. Despite looking for just a personal home office chair, and stating that I was going to be purchasing online, they still took the time to meet with me and provide excellent customer service.
