“We've been using this company for the last 11yrs for our office copiers and printers, plus one plotter our engineers and architects use frequently. They are family owned and we absolutely love dealing with them as it feels like we are one out of a few hundred of their customers, as opposed to giant companies like POA or QBSI where we felt like we were one out of a few hundred thousand customers... we have 2 big color copiers, several small office printers and the plotter that we obtained through them and that they service. Cannot recommend them highly enough!!”

“I can't speak to the showroom as I ordered my desk online but what I will tell you is that I had a great experience with my order during the height of the pandemic. Shortly after receiving my stimulus check and having been working from home I decided it was time to upgrade my 15 year old student computer desk to something more suiting an adult professional. I decided I wanted to support a USA made product as most of these desks (like so many products) are made overseas. The price difference wasn't crazy. and I loved my new desk. There was a small issue in that a corner on the bottom of the top to the desk was damaged during shipping. I contacted imovr's customer service and they shipped a replacement right away and told me not to return the damaged top. Overall no complaints, and a year later I still love my imovr sit/stand desk!”

“Had some trouble with our new Xerox 6515 we ordered via retailer. Contacted Xerox and they assigned QBSI to take a look. Field service technician Robert J with QBSI did an on-site evaluation and identified the problem. Robert ordered the required replacement and came back to us a few days later and did the service work.Robert was personable and professional. He also gave is a quick tutorial on the 6515 as well as giving is a few maintenance tips.Excellent experience.”
