“Sean helped me today and he was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Superb customer service. He helped me find everything I needed and then I picked up my order from their warehouse a few minutes later. I’m not sure the communication between the store and the warehouse is good though. When we got there we had to wander around trying to find any living being — the doors were open but nobody was there until we spotted someone at the warehouse area itself. Neither did they anticipate the pick up. They did end up putting our mattress together for us though.”
“Tim was extremely kind, informative, and prompt! He answered all of our questions and even gave us a ride home after browsing. He also took our old mattress to the dump and only asked for the dump’s disposal fee — such a kind person! We love our new mattress (after using it for a couple months), and would recommend Tim to anyone interested in a latex mattress.”

“Today we purchased Harrison Spinks Northumberland Beds, Luxury toppers, and adjustable bases from Vic, who took the time to find out our special needs and wants. Vic was exceptionally knowledgeable in what he thought we would feel comfortable in, and he was spot on. Having just arrived here and still waiting for our furniture to arrive, he immediately let us know they would provide us with a bed while we were waiting for the new one we ordered. “Bought a new memory-foam mattress here over memorial day weekend. Seller was incredibly helpful, informative, and low-pressure. Delivery process was smooth, free, and they even removed our old mattress. Would highly recommend supporting this small business!
For complaints that mattresses are too firm - ours took a while to break it, and we rotated it several times as part of this process. We were warned accordingly. It's taken about a month but broken in great and now very comfortable.”

“We have purchased mattresses from The Futon Shop three separate times. Each time the customer service has been excellent. Edith helped us choose a new mattress for our daughter, which was not an easy task due to our daughter's health needs. Through multiple conversations, we ended up with the perfect mattress for our daughter. When it was time to purchase another mattress for our master bedroom, we knew that working with Edith would make the decision making process easier. She is our mattress connoisseur : ) I wouldn't want to work with anyone else for the daunting task of choosing a mattress online!!”
“My partner and I had a great experience at Purple showroom at University Village. We needed to pick a mattress for our kid's room.We were welcomed by Vince who helped us through our visit.All staff is very nice. While trying and discussing different mattress options we didn't feel pressured.We both are very happy with the mattress from Purple.I also decided that I need a new pillow, and I am happy beyond imagining with Harmony pillow (low height). It's the best pillow I've ever had. I've been sleeping on it for over a week like a baby. I am not ready to share it with my partner. Now they need to go and get a second one for themselves :)”
“My husband and I had a really great experience here when we went out looking to buy a new couch. We were helped by Sam and she was so great to work with and really attentive to our needs. I have lots of pain due to MS and we had space constraints. The other staff were really great and available too. The selection was superior to all the other furniture stores in the immediate area we visited that day. Ultimately we settled on what would be a very timeless looking chair for me to use at home with my heating pad. Once we found it they didn't try to up sell and were very accommodating due to my condition. Having had the new chair for a few weeks now, we just ordered a second one to have for when guests come over. I can't thank the staff here enough for being so helpful and accommodating. We'll make this store our first stop on all future furniture shopping trips.”

This time they literally bent over backwards to get a new frame delivered the next day when a visitor accidentally damaged the one in our guest room, which I had purchased there a year ago. AND they waived the delivery fee! WOW! FIRST RATE!”
