“An honest and friendly local business. They made renting a dump truck so easy. I just called and reserved one under my name for the day I needed it. Once I returned it, they even reimbursed me for a couple of gallons of gas when they compared my mileage to my refill receipt because they felt I shouldn’t have had to put so many gallons in based off of how little I drove it.
I felt like that was a very honest thing to do and I trust this business so much that we will be sure to rent tools from them for our other projects instead of going to big name stores. So glad this small, local business exists.”

It was fast, easy to book online, professional and friendly staff, competitively priced and I’d highly recommend it. I always buy the insurance because your car insurance company might not cover everything that could happen to you or the truck you’re renting if there was an issue. Thankfully I did because there was a crack in the windshield upon my return. I had t heard or seen anything hit the windshield while using it and it wasn’t recorded to have been there when I checked out and left their center location. After leaving they let me charge my iPhone so I could order a Lyft back home.”

“This place could be better updated in looks but service is great. Kim has been very sweet and accommodating. My sister had reserved a U-Haul for us to move and Kim was so nice to help us bring the rental equipment and vehicle up for us. The has could have been better but it was mentioned that gas gets compromised during night so always take of the dash if we return after hours for our records. Other than That, Kim has been great. I would rent from there again.”

“When I moved in with my boyfriend I needed to store some of my belongings until we found a house to buy together. I was super nervous about theft, pests, mold, and all of the things I wasn't even thinking of. My belongings were stored here from July, 2019 to September, 2020 and I have nothing but great things to say about Seattle Self Storage. The staff were helpful and friendly with every interaction. The access hours are limited but that's because of the security measures which I found comforting because the area is pretty sketchy. I chose to manually pay every month rather than auto-debit but the process on the website is easy and intuitive. Most importantly, when I collected my belongings they were ALL just as I'd left them over a year before. No pests, no mold, no theft. I would highly recommend Seattle Self Storage.”

“Karla is an absolute superstar! Today i rented a truck from this location. My time for pickup was towards the end of the store's hours and i was running behind schedule. When i walked up, staff was leaving and had already locked up for the night. Karla saw me walk up to the door and answered with a smile asking for what I needed. She swiftly invited me in to help me out. She was kind, professional and efficient. It seems rare to see someone go over the top to help someone like this and Karla's demeanor was extremely refreshing. I will be sure to use this location for all moving needs from now on!”
“I had reserved a moving van, but it had broken down. Unfortunately, when I arrived, they didn't have one available that size to substitute. Fortunately, they immediately telephoned the nearest dealer, about 10 minutes away, & my needs were met right away. They were most friendly & helpful. When the need arises again, I will choose to use their services.”

“I was helped by the lovely La Tasha today. She was a competent and informative employee, as was the gentleman working alongside her whose name I did not catch. She knew exactly what was going on and was courteous while clearly fielding a lot of customer needs.With that said, this establishment is very understaffed, with the amount of customers I saw they could have doubled the employees on staff. I removed a star for this reason. I have seen many corporations keeping skeleton crews and blaming the “worker shortage” when in reality they are unwilling to pay living wages to their employees and are taking advantage of their current staff and exploiting them to make an extra buck.”
