They packed-out the contents of our house, which was damaged by water in January 2023, stored everything for over a year, and then packed it all back in February 2024, once the entire interior of the house was basically rebuilt. Super nice employees, and they took exceptional care in packing all the items against damage on the way out, and then putting everything back according to the photos they took, when they brought the stuff back. Nathan Hommrich managed the project teams both times - he was great to work with! - and I want to thank Jasmine, Noemi, and Leticia for the pack-out, and Consuelo, Arron, Arturo, and Nabil for the pack-back.”

They also helped us by taking some unwanted furniture and bedding to Goodwill and the dump.We had an especially difficult (large, heavy) piece that the team tried every which way to get through into our new apartment, but ultimately we had to give up. Eric kindly agreed to keep it at their shop at no charge while we figured out its disposition, which was a huge relief for us.I agree with all of the other 5 star reviews and highly recommend Cascade for your move!”

Both people who assisted me, Connie and Warren were really friendly, especially given I came in right before closing. They laid out all the information clearly and answered my questions. The cart issue in the other review was mentioned, but I believe customers have access to the carts again. Honestly, when it was mentioned that a cart has seemed to go missing for a bit, I took it more as being observational which is something I'd want the workers to be doing. I will give any updates in the future as I have just become a customer.”
