I had the pleasure of going to this bank recently and had to wait over 20 min for a simple cashiers check. (The process was simple but the manager(s) - there were 3 in the building took their time). On top of that I was still charged for waiting.

Very Helpful on our way to a new home : ) ...But our Update... 85 days into a 45 day contract,.. The Seller Cancelled our Sale due to Lender Delays. Most concerning Simple Math. This Branch did a Good Job. But our Overall Experience is our investment in a New Home, Is now going to a Different Buyer.
