I attended a Yelp event here recently and was impressed by the fantastic staff. We enjoyed a complimentary group class and hydro massage, along with snacks and drinks. The gym has a cool green vibe, and the equipment and trainers are top-notch. Definitely recommend checking it out!

I've been a member since the day ECA opened. Lots of free weights, adjustable benches, barbells and dumbbells, machines, squat racks, cardio machine, hydrotherapy, stretching room, and more. Weekdays they open at 5 am and 7 on the weekends.
