My rig was lacking sound with the "so called" premium set up it had coming from the dealership. Nothing was premium prior to my pit stop of stereo warehouse.This whole crew was positive vibes. Very knowledgeable in the industry having grandfathered amps plastered on the wall taking you back in time to the latest systems you can dream of. Showed me around the shop with all the set ups they had and took care of me like I was one of their own brothers. Prices couldn't be beat nowhere, but i can't put into words the hospitality they shared with the excellent customer service. I came from many zip codes away, and it was so worth the extra commute.”
“I have a t-mobile account and stopped in to ask about t-mobiles internet plan. Read and Niko were quick to acknowledge me ( I was the only customer initially). I told them what I was looking for (questions) and while one was texting his manager about part of my question (it was a bit unusual), the other was telling me what the thought the case was and clarification on a point or two.
Another customer came in and Niko went to help that person, as I would expect. Read got his answer and we chatted for a bit about both the t-mobile plan and other generic stuff.
Both were very polite and made the experience a reason I like dealing with staff at the stores (though I have had rather good experiences on chat and phone calls too).”

“Yesterday July 2, 2024 I was unable to change the trusted phone number on my wife’s iPhone and my own iPhone. I called Apple support and they were not able to instruct me on how to make the change. So I went to my local T-Mobile store in Seattle store number 8774. I was greeted by the nicest lady, Sosi. She was confident that the changes could be made from the temporary numbers that had been assigned to each phone to a number of my choosing. I must’ve tried for two or three frustrating hours at home to make the change. Within about 15 to 20 minutes Sodi worked magic allowing me to change the trusted number and also change my password. thank you so much Sosi for doing what Apple phone support could not do. Hopefully T-Mobile management will acknowledge your fine work. Thanks again, Eric”
“I've been in the shop a few times in the last few years and purchased a Rega turntable and phono preamp in 2020. Each of my visits were with a friend of mine who has been a customer for many years who pre-arranged our visits. Connon has been amazing setting up multiple options and swapping out components so we could listen to the differences in various turntables, preamps, amps, speakers, subs, etc. for my listening room project which I hope to complete this year (summer 2024). Although I haven't personally taken advantage of his offer yet, Connon is willing to buy back equipment for upgrades (less than full price). This lowers the cost and burden of experimentation on the journey to build an amazing audiophile listening experience. Four years in and I'm still super happy with my Planar 6 turntable. Connon gave me a great deal on a demo model with a pre-installed Ania moving coil cartridge on which I've played hundreds of records. I don't know of a better place to shop in Seattle for HiFi sound equipment. Note: I noticed a handful of reviews complained about the hours (not open Sunday-Tuesday), lack of immediate personal greeting, or a verbal caution when interacting with expensive equipment like a $5K cartridge. I haven't experienced the same, but I've only been to the store on pre-arranged visits when we knew Connon would be here. That said, I don't compare this store with a typical "walk in, buy something, and leave" store that's open every day, has prices marked on everything, but virtually no expertise to help you make the best purchase decisions. With a little patience, you can get the most personalized service available, great deals, and fantastic products. Highly recommend!”
